Rotary Means Business Udaipur (RMB Udaipur Chapter) organised a grand and impactful Symposium 2.0 at a private hotel in Udaipur, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, founders and professionals from across India and abroad. The business conclave witnessed enthusiastic participation and focused discussions on ethical leadership, growth strategies and future-ready entrepreneurship.
The programme’s special guest, RMB Fellowship International Vice Chairman Arvind Kumar Batra, said that RMB has evolved beyond being a mere networking platform and has emerged as a global movement driven by values, trust and purpose. He highlighted the organisation’s role in promoting responsible and value-based business practices worldwide.
Rotary District Governor-elect and noted businessman AKS Arun Bagaria addressed the gathering and urged entrepreneurs to move forward with ethical business practices, strong leadership and a long-term vision. His address proved highly inspiring for the participants.
The event was successfully organised through the collective efforts of the RMB Udaipur leadership team. Under the guidance of President Ar. Swati Makhija, Vice President Dr Surbhi Gandhi and Secretary Akanksha Biswas, the team executed the programme in a well-planned manner. Board Members Dr Ritu Vaishnav, Devendra Chaudhari, Vaibhav Sharma and Puneet Gakhreja, along with Chapter Chairman Naveen Vaishnav, also played a key role in strengthening the event through their support and guidance.
District Industries and Commerce Officer C.R. Meghwal attended the symposium as a special speaker and shared valuable information on MSME-related schemes and government opportunities. He explained the process of MSME registration, benefits of various schemes and practical aspects essential for entrepreneurs.
On the subject of business fundraising, Aseem Boliya shared his experiences and insights, explaining how entrepreneurs and startups can raise investment and capital through the right strategies. A special session by Shweta Ojha focused on LinkedIn and personal branding, where she emphasised that personal branding in today’s era is not merely self-promotion but an integral part of responsible leadership.
A panel discussion featuring experts from diverse sectors was also organised, during which meaningful views were shared on business growth, collaboration and future opportunities.
During the programme, the new leadership team for the upcoming tenure was announced. Ajay Lodha was appointed as President, Pushkar Chaudhary as Vice President and Raksha Arora as Secretary. Members extended their best wishes to the newly appointed team.
Symposium 2.0 conveyed a clear message that when business, values and relationships progress together, sustainable and meaningful success is assured. The RMB Udaipur team received wide appreciation for organising a successful, inspiring and well-coordinated event.
